On range accomodation is full and no further requests can be taken. If you missed out we are sorry, there may be other accomodation available as listed on the accomodation page.

Accommodation will be at a premium at this event, so it is recommended that you book now to avoid disappointment.

For those who wish to camp, please use the contact form here and please note that "NO DOGS ALLOWED", if you do think you can bring your dog you will be invited to find an alternative camping area away from the range.

If you have already sent a booking via mail or email, please do NOT resend booking requests, once is sufficient. Do not use the contact form to confirm or 'book again', for any questions use the contact us form and select the Range Booking Officer.

You will receive a response with the relevant details and a request to send a stamped self-addressed envelope to the address below so your vehicle/s passes can be forwarded to you Email bookings will get first preference.

The following information is required:

1) Your name and address
2) Total number of persons camping
3) Total number of vehicles
4) Whether you need a caravan or tent/swag site
5) Attending ABA Nationals only, WBHC only, or BOTH.

Please ensure all details are correct to avoid disappointment.

You will receive a pass for each vehicle. You must have the pass to get on the range.

No pass, no entry - no exceptions.

A gold coin donation upon arrival to offset costs for printing the passes would be appreciated.
